The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Grigio and crafted as a modern Sicilian white wine, where the ambition is not great complexity or long bottle aging, but to deliver a fresh and well-balanced wine that works both as a glass before the meal and as an accompaniment to a meal. The wine has a fresh aroma of green apples, peach and citrus with a light spicy tone. The taste is soft and juicy with moderate body and a discreet hint of honey.
