Cookie and storage policy for guests

We use cookies solely for functionality and never for marketing.
1. Your choices
We use cookies and browser storage for ordering, security and your choices. Necessary technologies are used only for the functions you request and do not require consent. Preferences stay off until you turn them on and are not a condition of purchase. Your choice is stored locally in the browser (asf_consent) for 12 months; after that, or when we change the categories, we ask again. We do not use marketing cookies.
2. What is stored?
Cookies are stored in the browser and can be sent with its requests. Local storage (localStorage) stays on the device until the information is changed or deleted.

3. How local information is used
Local storage is not sent to us automatically. When you use the ordering functions, the necessary information about the cart, contact and access to the order is sent. Others with access to the same browser can read the local information.
Do not share order links: the access key gives access to the order. Delete local information after use on a shared device.
4. Your allergen choices
Allergen choices are treated as health data and therefore as a special category of personal data. They are stored only when you actively select allergens, and are processed only in your browser. The choice is not linked to an account and is not sent to ASF or other servers, not via searches, orders or the address bar. Ordinary operational logs may, however, contain information about pages and images retrieved.
The filter is based on the kitchens' information and does not cover traces of allergens. Ask the kitchen if in doubt. Delete the choices by removing all selections, choosing “Forget my allergens” or deleting local ASF data or browser data.
5. Order notifications
You can voluntarily allow browser notifications about order status. The browser and its notification service process the technical information needed to deliver the messages. The permission can be withdrawn in the browser's or the device's settings. The subscription is kept until the permission is withdrawn, it becomes invalid or it is no longer needed.
6. Delete local information
Under Cookie settings you can withdraw preferences; that immediately deletes stored contact details and phone number on this device. You can also choose “Delete local ASF data on this device”. That removes all of ASF's local storage, including the cart, contact details, order in progress, My orders, allergen choices and your consent choice, so the consent question is shown again. Language and security cookies are deleted in the browser's settings. The deletion applies to this device only and does not delete an order you have already placed.

7. Changes
We update the policy when technologies, providers, purposes or durations change. If the change requires new consent, it must be obtained before it takes effect.
