JB Riesling is produced by Balthasar Ress, a family-owned winery based in Hattenheim with roots going back to 1870. The wine is made in a light and approachable style, where the grape's fresh acidity balances a noticeable residual sweetness. The residual sweetness, together with the lower alcohol content of 8%, gives the wine a softer profile than the region's dry wines. A good choice for those who love sweet wines.
