Bourgogne Côte D´Or

Domaine du Vieux Collège is located in Marsannay-la-Côte, in Côte-d'Or, in northern Burgundy. The vines grow in organically cultivated fields, where work is done gently and without the use of artificial pesticides. Everything is hand-picked and treated with respect for nature. The wine is made from Pinot Noir and is allowed to ferment slowly and calmly at a controlled temperature. It is then aged for about 12 months in oak barrels. In the glass it is clear and ruby red. The taste is juicy and light with a fresh acidity and soft tannins. Organic. Available by the bottle.
