Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains, and products thereof. Exempt: wheat-based glucose syrups and maltodextrins, barley-based glucose syrups, and cereals used to make alcoholic distillates.

Eggs and products thereof.

Milk and products thereof, including lactose. Exempt: whey used to make alcoholic distillates, and lactitol.

Celery and products thereof.

Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre, expressed as total SO₂.
